How to Order
Retailers wishing to receive pricing information or who wish to place an order can do so by emailing info@ekaada.com.au to request a brochure and order form.
Ekaada Art & Design cards are shown in units, with each unit comprising of 6 cards (same design) plus 6 envelopes.
First time orders and all international orders are done on a proforma basis.
Once your order has been received an invoice will be issued.
Once payment of the invoice has been received the cards will be delivered. Subsequent orders within Australia may then be placed on a 30 day account, subject to successful completion of a credit application form.
Sale or Exchange
Ekaada Art & Design provides a sale or exchange facility for stock not sold provided that the cards to be exchanged are returned in good condition.
Damaged stock
In the unlikely event that stock received is damaged simply contact us within 7 days from receipt of goods to arrange for replacement.
Display stands and Signage
Display stands can be arranged if needed and can be either purchased or supplied on loan. Custom made signage to help display the cards can also be arranged. Please contact us for further information.
